LCB Load cells digitizer

Digitizer/Weight Trasmitter for load cells conceived with an eye on IoT (Internet of Things). Three IP67 M12 connectors. Six indicator led of the communication interface. Dimensions: 90x40x107 mm including connectors. IP67 junction box made of AISI 304 stainless steel or PA66 nylon reinforced with glass fiber. LCB Digitizer transforms an analog load cell (output mV/V) into digital and can also be used on existing load cells or strain gauge sensors. Designed for an assembly/wiring integral with the load cell body, it can be connected by fieldbus to PLCs of the most important international brands. The weight calculation frequency reaches up to 500 values a second and also the update frequency of the data on the fieldbus can reach the maximum speed of 500 updates a second, when using the PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and EtherCAT buses. - Optional fieldbuses: PROFINET IO, Ethernet/IP, Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS DP, EtherCAT, POWERLINK, CANopen, CC-Link, CC-Link IE Field Basic, SERCOS III, IO-LINK. - Micro USB port - 16-bit Analog output: 0/4-20 mA; 0-5/10 V (optional) - RS485 port (optional) - Direct connection between RS485 and RS232 without converter. - 2 logic inputs, 3 relay outputs - Single loading batchings, max 99 formulas - Mounting: wired or integral to the load cell body via standard ¼ GAS fitting - Suitable for wall mounting
